Warranty policy

Last Updated: June 2026

At Divine Beam and Baby Beam, we are committed to offering products crafted with authentic materials and high-quality standards. This Warranty Policy governs the conditions applicable to claims related to manufacturing defects in our products.

Warranty for manufacturing defects

All products sold by Divine Beam and Baby Beam are covered by a six (6) month warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the date the product is delivered.

A manufacturing defect is defined as any flaw attributable to the production, assembly or finishing process of the product that affects its integrity or functionality under normal conditions of use.

Each claim will be evaluated individually to determine whether it qualifies as a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty.

Authenticity of materials

Jewelry sold by Divine Beam and Baby Beam is crafted using the materials described in each product listing.

Gold pieces are manufactured according to the purity standard specified in their commercial description.

Precious and semi-precious gemstones that include certification will be delivered with the corresponding certificate when applicable.

Semi-precious gemstones are verified and evaluated by Divine Beam prior to being offered for sale.

Verification of authenticity

All warranty claims are subject to physical inspection of the returned product.

Divine Beam reserves the right to reject any claim when there are reasonable indications that the product has been substituted, altered, tampered with, modified or exchanged from the original item sold.

The authenticity of materials, components, gemstones, metals and any other elements will be verified before any warranty-related decision is made.

Certifications, gemological testing, material analyses, reference photographs, manufacturing records and other internal controls may be used by Divine Beam to verify the identity and authenticity of products involved in a claim.

Natural characteristics of gemstones and materials

Precious gemstones, semi-precious gemstones, pearls and other natural materials may exhibit natural variations in color, transparency, inclusions, veining, texture or pattern.

These characteristics are inherent to the materials and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Personalized and semi-customized products

Personalized, semi-customized, engraved or made-to-order products are manufactured specifically for each customer.

For this reason, cancellations, returns or refund requests will not be accepted once payment has been confirmed and/or the order has been approved, except in cases of a verified manufacturing defect.

Acceptance of the order constitutes the customer's approval of the requested characteristics, specifications and customizations.

Cancellations and refunds

  • In-stock products:

Orders for completed products that are available in inventory may be canceled only before shipment.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, cancellation, return or refund requests due to change of mind, personal preferences or post-purchase decisions will not be accepted.

  • Semi-customized and personalized products:

Because these products require manufacturing, customization or preparation specifically for each customer, cancellations, returns or refunds will not be accepted once payment has been made and/or the order has been confirmed.

Baby Beam products

Baby Beam products must be used under the supervision and responsibility of an adult.

The customer is responsible for periodically inspecting the condition of the product and discontinuing its use if wear, damage or any condition that may affect the child's safety is observed.

  • Purchaser's name.
