Order processing and dispatch

Orders for products that are in stock will generally be processed and shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days after payment confirmation.

Customized products, made-to-order items, engraved products or products specially manufactured for the customer may require additional production time. In such cases, the estimated production time will be communicated to the customer during the purchase process or through direct communication.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information when available.
